Product & research use
Are your products intended for human or animal use?
No. Our products are exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not approved or suitable for human or animal consumption, injection, or any form of clinical application.
Are these products FDA-approved?
No. These materials are designated as Research Use Only (RUO) and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or medical use.
Do you offer reconstitution or dosage instructions?
No. We do not provide any guidance on preparation, dosing, reconstitution, or administration. Doing so would violate our compliance standards and Terms of Service.
What does “Research Use Only” mean?
Research Use Only means that the product is intended strictly for use in controlled laboratory settings, such as in vitro testing or analytical studies. These materials are not intended for use in humans or animals under any circumstances.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed and paid by 1:00 PM Pacific are shipped the same business day.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship via UPS. Available service levels and their prices are shown at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited options are available at checkout when supported for your destination.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
Available card and manual payment methods are displayed at checkout. Zelle and Venmo remain available as manual payment options.
Can I return a product?
